Baby Reznick!

This is where we're going to post our updates about Baby Reznick, along with all of the ultrasound pictures. This is a very exciting time for us, we can't wait to meet our little one.


6 Week Ultrasound:

After 4 home pregnancy tests, we scheduled an ultrasound at a local German OB/GYN as soon as possible. Our doctor was very nice, and laid back (he even wore a soccer jersey at the appointment!). We were so excited to see the first images of our baby, and hearing the heartbeat was an incredibly moving and touching experience. Even though they didn't spell our last name correctly, these are our first pictures of Baby Reznick!

Week 10 Ultrasound:

This was our first appointment at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. It must have been the baby's nap-time, because they were lying with their back to us, so it was hard to get a great picture. But we could see the head, body and their little arms. 

Week 13 Ultrasound:
Our 1st trimester genetic screening in Kaiserslautern. We got some great pictures of the baby. When the doctor switched over to 3D, we got some nice pictures, but the placenta was in the way of a great image of the babys face. She asked us if we wanted to know the gender, and of course we said yes, not thinking it was possible this early. She looked and gave us her best guess, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see if she was right....and so will you! We'll know for sure in a few weeks and we'll keep everyone posted once we find out.
